TeamTune is an AI-assisted leadership coaching application for people focused on personal and professional growth. It delivers concise leadership guidance, practical learning tasks, and personalized content as part of a repeatable daily routine.
The experience is aimed at individual contributors, managers, team leads, and people working across different professional disciplines who want structured development without a long training session.
My contribution
I worked on the Flutter application and the delivery of its cross-platform mobile experience for iOS and Android. My contribution focused on implementing product flows that connect personalization, daily content, tasks, saved resources, and progress into one coherent application.
Because this was client work, the case study focuses on the public product and my Flutter responsibilities rather than private source code, AI infrastructure, or internal system details.
Personalization from the first session
The onboarding flow gathers context about the user’s role, the people they manage, and their working style. Those inputs establish a more relevant starting point for the coaching experience instead of presenting the same generic path to every user.
The flow keeps each choice focused and shows progress across the setup process, helping users understand why the application is asking for professional context.
A daily learning loop
The main experience combines a daily tip with a practical task. Users can change topics, refresh recommendations, read focused leadership content, and return each day to continue their streak.
Content is structured for short sessions while still providing enough context, examples, and summaries to make each topic useful beyond a motivational quote.
Progress and useful recall
Streak records, skill points, completed tasks, and progress across leadership areas make continued activity visible. These elements connect daily actions to longer-term development without turning the application into a dense reporting interface.
Users can bookmark coaching content and return to saved material when a specific leadership or productivity challenge becomes relevant again.

TeamTune is available for iOS and Android. Flutter supports a consistent experience across onboarding, content discovery, daily tasks, progress, profile, and saved-content flows while preserving the product’s dark visual language and interaction patterns.
