Product context
Indepro is a mobile business tool for independent trade professionals. It combines estimates, invoices, payment options, job records, a portfolio of completed work, customer reviews, and professional profile sharing in one product.
The application is designed for work that happens away from a desk. A contractor can prepare customer-facing documents, track job and payment status, present previous work, and share professional proof directly from a phone.
My contribution
I worked on the Flutter application and the delivery of its business workflows for iOS and Android. My contribution centered on connecting job management, estimates, invoices, payment configuration, portfolio content, reviews, and profile sharing into one consistent cross-platform experience.
Because this was client work, the case study focuses on the public product and my Flutter responsibilities rather than private source code, internal architecture, document generation, payment processing, or analytics.
Business documents built around the job
The job provides the context for customer information, tasks, supporting photos, pricing, tax, status, and payment details. Keeping these elements connected reduces repeated entry and makes the transition from an estimate to an invoice easier to follow.
Document creation uses guided mobile steps and a final preview so the professional can verify what the customer will receive before sending it by text or email.
From invoicing to payment
The dashboard makes paid, outstanding, pending, approved, and unpaid work visible without requiring a separate reporting workflow. This gives the user a quick view of what needs attention when opening the application.
Payment setup supports options such as card payments, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Available methods remain connected to invoices and the professional profile so customers can move from reviewing work to completing payment.
A professional profile that grows with the work
Indepro extends beyond administration by turning completed work into professional proof. Profiles bring together portfolio images, work history, areas of expertise, customer reviews, contact actions, and payment access.
The profile can be shared through a personalized QR code, direct link, text, email, or other messaging applications. This gives trade professionals a reusable alternative to a conventional paper business card or static resume.
